Ingredients

Cornflower 2 1/4 Cup
Cornstarch 1/4 cup
Yeast 1 Tea Spoon
Sugar 1 Tea Spoon
Salt Pinch
Warm Water 2 Cups
  1. To prepare the dough combine all the ingredients in the warm water,  and keep the mixture for 1 hour at least in warm place till it double it size.
  2. Heat the oil, then slide tea spoon amount of the mixture into the oil.
  3. Fry until golden brown.
  4. Remove and drop in cold sugar syrup or pour date syrup on top.
