Ingredients
Cornflower | 2 1/4 Cup | |
Cornstarch | 1/4 cup | |
Yeast | 1 Tea Spoon | |
Sugar | 1 Tea Spoon | |

Warm Water | 2 Cups |
- To prepare the dough combine all the ingredients in the warm water, and keep the mixture for 1 hour at least in warm place till it double it size.
- Heat the oil, then slide tea spoon amount of the mixture into the oil.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Remove and drop in cold sugar syrup or pour date syrup on top.
