Ingredients
Broccoli | 400 gm | |
Onion (chopped) | 1 medium | |
Garlic (chopped) | 1 clove | |
Chicken stock | 1 1/2 cup | |
Fresh cream | 1 cup | |
Black pepper | pinch | |
Salt | according to taste | |
Butter | 2 teaspoons |
This creamy soup is easy and quick to prepare and it has great flavor.
Directions
- Heat butter in saucepan, cook the onion until soft then add garlic and stir.
- Add the broccoli and chicken stock and let simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Blend soup using immersion blender then add the fresh cream.
- Let boil for 5 minutes more until become thick cream and serve it hot with toasted bread and feel free to add some cheese on top.
