Minced lamb meat ( kofta ) | 1 kilo | |

Tomato paste | 3 tbls | |
Parsley | 1 tbls | |
Coriander | 1 tbls | |
Salt and pepper | according to taste | |
Roasted pine | 2 tbls | |
(Kofta ) meat balls reciepe : | ||
Minced lamb meat | 1 kilo | |
Onion | 1 medium chopped finely | |
Chopped parsley | 1 cup | |
Garlic | 1 clove | |
Red bell pepper chopped finely | half one | |
Spices ,salt and pepper | according to taste |
Directions
- Mix the minced meat with chopped onion, garlic, parsley, red pepper, spices salt and pepper and shape in to balls.
- Brush your roasting pan with olive oil and spread your meat balls to grill in the oven just when color change, it will continue cooked later .. remove it on a kitchen paper.
- In a saucepan cook the sliced onion with sliced green pepper, chopped tomato, grilled meat balls, then add tomato paste, salt, pepper and stir, cover the pan and cook for 30 min.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, coriander and roasted pine.
