|Sifted flour||2 1/4 cups|
|Powdered sugar (fine)||1 cup|
|Ghee (room tempreture)||1 cup|
It`s an easy Arabic cookie to make, and look great on a holiday platter for Eid.
- In large bowl sift flour and sugar, then add the ghee and mix by your hands ( for 15 minutes )until dough comes soft (should be very soft), if its too sticky you can add more flour to be sure that its not stick with your hand and it become easy to shape.
- Now by your hands roll small balls out of dough and place it in bake pan.
- Place 1 pine nut or pistachio on each cookie pressing lightly.
- Bake for 15 minutes ( just from down).
- Let cool then serve.
