Ingredients
Rocca leaves | 3 cups | |
red onion | 1 small | |
pomegrenate | 1 tbs | |
sumac | 1 tsp | |
salt |
Fresh salad can be served with grills.
Directions
- Wash rocca leaves very well then remove the sticks and put it in bowl .
- Add thin sliced onion after you mix it with sumac ( Arabic spices ),
- Prepare dressing ( 1 tbs balsamic vinegar , 1 tbs pomegranate molasses , 1 tbs olive oil and pinch of salt .
- Garnish it by pomegranate and walnut .
