Ingredients

Rocca leaves 3 cups
red onion 1 small
pomegrenate 1 tbs
sumac 1 tsp
salt

Fresh salad can be served with grills.

Directions

  1. Wash rocca leaves very well then remove the sticks and put it in bowl .
  2. Add thin sliced onion after you mix it with sumac ( Arabic spices ),
  3. Prepare dressing ( 1 tbs balsamic vinegar , 1 tbs pomegranate molasses , 1 tbs olive oil and pinch of salt .
  4. Garnish it by pomegranate and walnut .
