Chicken breast (chopped ) | 1 breast | |
Fresh cream | 1/2 cup | |
Butter | 2 teaspoon | |
Chopped green onions | 2 tablespoons | |
Salt and pepper | pinch |
sweet corn chicken soup is a classic soup among indo Chinese recipes, so easy and delicious.
Directions
- Heat butter in saucepan, add onion and chicken and cooked until soft.
- Add the corn, creamed corn, chicken stock, salt and pepper and let simmer for 30 minutes until corn become soft.
blend soup using immersion blender. - Add the fresh cream and let simmer for more 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
