- Heat butter in saucepan, add onion and chicken and cooked until soft.
- Add the corn, creamed corn, chicken stock, salt and pepper and let simmer for 30 minutes until corn become soft.
blend soup using immersion blender.
- Add the fresh cream and let simmer for more 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
